1. Job Purpose
To manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations of the hospital, ensuring financial accuracy, statutory compliance, budgeting, revenue management, and effective team leadership.
2. Principal Accountabilities
· Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team.
· Perform bank reconciliations and treasury management.
· Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
· Prepare Balance Sheet and financial statements.
· Monitor medical inventory and stock accounting.
· Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
· Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS and other regulations.
· Handle health insurance claim accounting and clearance.
· File GST and TDS returns accurately and on time.
· Drive ERP/Tally/SAP based financial controls and reporting.
3. Skills & Knowledge
Accounting, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, GST, TDS, Insurance Claims Management, Hospital Finance, ERP/SAP/Tally, Team Management, Audit Coordination.
