Overview of responsibilities
Design and oversee execution of device configuration and installation at client site, in partnership with client IT teams
Lead troubleshooting of complex incidents, including wireless, firewall, across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and security layers, and routing/switching issues, guiding the team for resolution
Guide the team in installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of networking and security equipment in a multi-vendor environment
Collaborate with product design team to ensure device-connectivity and align network architecture to long-term product strategy
Actively build a team for in a 24x7 on-call and provide trouble-shooting guidance during critical events.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/ Telecommunications, Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- 5-10 years’ experience in network engineering, including production 24x7 environments.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
