We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Litigation Associate to join our legal practice in Delhi. In this role, you will handle disputes from start to finish, perform deep legal research, drafting and represent clients before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts in Delhi and NCR, and various tribunals (such as NCLT, NGT, or NCDRC).
Key Responsibilities
- Court Appearances: Represent clients and argue matters before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, and specialized tribunals.
- Drafting & Pleading: Draft high-quality petitions, appeals, written statements, replications, rejoinders, and legal notices.
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough research on case laws, statutes, and regulations using various platforms.
- Case Management: Brief senior counsels, manage court listings, filings, track daily cause lists, and ensure all filing deadlines are met.
- Client Advisory: Meet with clients to gather facts, provide realistic legal assessments, and update them on case progress.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
