Job Title: Data Entry Executive
Department: After Sales & Service
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in the system.
- Ensure all service-related records are updated in a timely and organized manner.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
- Maintain proper documentation and digital records.
- Coordinate with the After Sales & Service team for data updates and corrections.
- Generate reports as required by the department.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data and records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Data Entry or Back Office role.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
This role is primarily focused on data entry, record management, and maintaining accurate service-related data for the After Sales & Service department.
