We are looking for an experienced Purchase Head to lead the complete procurement function for a growing organization in the Cosmetics, Personal Care and Perfume/Fragrance industry.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) procurement, vendor development, commercial negotiations, strategic sourcing and cost optimization.
- Lead end-to-end Purchase & Procurement operations.
- Manage procurement of cosmetic raw materials and packaging materials.
- Identify, develop and manage reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, lead time and commercial terms.
- Drive cost optimization and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Ensure timely availability of materials for uninterrupted production.
- Develop alternate vendors and maintain a strong supplier base.
- Monitor vendor quality, delivery and performance.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D, Quality, Finance and Supply Chain teams.
- Plan purchases based on production requirements, forecasts and inventory levels.
- Prepare purchase MIS, reports and procurement documentation.
- Lead and manage the purchase/procurement team.

- Established mid-size or large-scale cosmetic organizations
- 10–15 years of relevant Purchase/Procurement experience.
- Mandatory: Experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care, Perfume or Fragrance industry.
- Strong experience in RM & PM procurement.
- Strong vendor development and supplier management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and commercial management capabilities.
- Good knowledge of cosmetic/fragrance raw materials and packaging.
- Experience managing a procurement team will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
- Candidates from Noida / Delhi NCR will be preferred.
Note: Candidates from general FMCG, Pharma or unrelated industries will not be considered.
