Business Solutions Manager – IT

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Solutions Manager – IT to manage enterprise applications, digital transformation initiatives, and IT operations for a manufacturing facility. The role requires a strong combination of ERP, infrastructure, cloud technologies, business process improvement, and stakeholder management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise application architecture aligned with business objectives.
- Lead digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)/Dynamics AX ERP.
- Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects.
- Gather business requirements and convert them into effective technology solutions.
- Manage IT vendors and ensure quality service delivery.
- Maintain IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and IT service catalog.
- Administer Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Domain Controller, and licensing.
- Manage virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), servers, cloud backup, disaster recovery, hardware, software, and data security.
- Support ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT operations.
Required Skills
- 9–15 years of IT experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX ERP.
- Strong knowledge of Azure, Office 365, Intune, Active Directory, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with ITIL/ITSM practices.
- Proven experience in digital transformation, ERP implementation, and business process improvement.
- Strong business analysis, project management, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification
- MCA / M.Sc. (IT) / B.E. / B.Tech (IT/Computer Engineering) or equivalent.
Preferred Industry
Engineering Manufacturing, Industrial Manufacturing, Textile Machinery, Automotive, Heavy Engineering, Industrial Equipment, Electrical Manufacturing, Capital Goods, or Process Manufacturing.
