JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Full Stack Developer / Team Lead with 3+ years of experience in React.js, Python, and Django. The ideal candidate should have strong full-stack development expertise along with the ability to lead a team, mentor developers, and drive projects from concept to deployment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance web applications while ensuring code quality and timely project delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Python, and Django.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
- Break down project requirements into technical tasks and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and development processes.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Manage sprint planning, task estimation, and project delivery timelines.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the development process.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with Python and Django Framework.
- Experience in building and consuming REST APIs.
- Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or MSSQL.
- Experience with Git and version control workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Understanding of Docker and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
LEADERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
- Experience leading or mentoring a development team.
- Ability to assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc., or a related field.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to microservices architecture is a plus.
