Need a Caretaker Supervisor for Homecare Setup.
- Handle caretaker attendance, shift management, and replacements.
- Ensure timely deployment of caretakers as per patient requirements.
- Conduct field visits for patient assessments and caretaker monitoring.
- Maintain caretaker records, documentation, and compliance requirements.
The supervisor should have a pool of staffs of his own.
