Job Title: HR Manager / Human Resources Business Partner
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to oversee and drive core human resources functions while partnering closely with leadership on strategic initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee experience, and aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, including hiring for creative, production, and corporate roles
- Drive employee engagement initiatives tailored to a dynamic and creative workforce
- Manage and enhance performance management frameworks aligned with business and production cycles
- Support organizational development, including learning programs, talent development, and change management
- Oversee HR administration, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic HR initiatives that support organizational goals
- Address unique workforce needs such as contract staffing, project-based hiring, and on-set HR support
Requirements:
- Proven HR experience, preferably within the Film / Entertainment / Media industry
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with leadership teams
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing talent across production cycles or creative teams
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance within the entertainment sector
