Job Description:
Rathi Build Mart is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to drive sales and build strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting company products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve customer experience
