Job Opening: Mother Teacher Location: FirstCry Intellitots Preschool, Kala Kuan, Alwar Position: Mother Teacher We are looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Mother Teacher who loves working with young children and is committed to creating a safe, joyful, and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities - Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities. - Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. - Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of every child. - Maintain a warm, positive, and nurturing classroom environment. - Observe, assess, and document children's progress. - Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's development. - Prepare creative teaching aids, classroom displays, and activity materials. - Participate in school events, celebrations, PTMs, and training sessions. - Follow the curriculum and school policies effectively. - Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and the Centre Head. Eligibility - NTT , Montessori Training / ECCE or equivalent qualification. - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Prior preschool teaching experience is an advantage. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Good classroom management and interpersonal skills. - Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
