Role Overview
Responsible for managing and optimizing IT Service Management and IT Asset Management platforms, along with supporting enterprise security tools to ensure smooth IT operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support ITSM tools Zoho ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, Zoho ITAM
- Manage end-to-end IT service processes incident, problem, change, asset management
- Configure workflows, automation, and reporting in ITSM platforms
- Oversee IT asset lifecycle management procurement, tracking, disposal
- Monitor and support security tools Trend Micro Deep Security, Imperva DAM
- Handle L2-level incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Optimize system performance and ensure SLA compliance
- Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and application teams
- Guide and support L1 engineers and maintain documentation
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Zoho ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus and ITAM
- Good understanding of ITIL processes Incident, Change, Problem, Asset Management
- Exposure to security tools like Trend Micro Deep Security and Imperva DAM
- Experience in workflow automation and reporting
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and security operations
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work in 247 or enterprise support environments
Qualification - Bachelors degree in computer scienceIT or related field
Certification - ZOHO ManageEngine Trend Micro Imperva certifications preferred
