- Pipeline Management: Guide potential clients smoothly through the entire sales cycle—from initial inquiry to final onboarding.
- Deal Closure: Prepare professional proposals, negotiate pricing/terms within company guidelines, and convert leads into active accounts.
- Relationship Building: Maintain continuous contact with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Reporting: Track daily sales activities, update CRM records accurately, and share pipeline reports with team leadership.
