This includes utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The role requires continuous coordination and communication with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines, ensuring smooth execution and successful completion of deliverables within the defined scope and quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain alignment with goals.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Strong knowledge of data integration concepts and best practices related to Oracle Data Integrator.
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying data integration workflows and processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with database technologies and data warehousing principles.
- Capability to work with various data sources and ensure data quality and consistency across systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
