Guest Relationship Executive (GRE)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to join our dynamic team at Medifit Consultants Pvt. Ltd. As a GRE, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their wellness needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests, addressing their inquiries, managing bookings, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their engagement with our wellness services.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a professional and friendly attitude, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
- Address inquiries regarding gym facilities, services, memberships, class schedules, and other offerings.
- Handle member registrations, check-ins, and ensure smooth onboarding for new members.
- Respond to customer feedback, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area in alignment with company standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure high standards of cleanliness and functionality across the facility.
- Ensure gym policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures are communicated and followed by all users.
- Manage administrative duties including tracking member usage, attendance, and feedback.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and respond to guest requests for special services (spa, transportation, etc.).
- Collaborate with management to develop new ideas, set goals, and improve department performance while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, active listening, and conflict resolution skills to effectively engage guests and team members.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Sheets and gym management software for efficient scheduling, tracking, and administrative tasks.
- Personal Attributes: Positive attitude, passion for health and wellness, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Qualifications: High school diploma required; previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or fitness is preferred. First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
