Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and communication-focused Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our business growth activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client communication, lead management, online outreach, and coordination in a fast-growing startup environment. The role is more focused on relationship management and business coordination rather than aggressive sales targets or field sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, website enquiries, references, and online platforms
- Coordinate with potential clients and maintain professional follow-ups
- Schedule meetings and manage communication flow
- Share proposals and coordinate with the internal team
- Maintain CRM and lead tracking updates
- Support business growth activities and client handling
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional follow-up and coordination approach
- Basic understanding of IT services, websites, mobile apps, and ecommerce
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, Upwork, and online outreach platforms
- Organized, proactive, and self-motivated attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets/CRM tools
