TWe are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated HR Executive with 2+ years of experience to support and contribute to core HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, training coordination, and HR operations. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, along with a working knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Executive or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR functions, recruitment processes, Training & Development and labour laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); exposure to HRMS tools preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing workforce planning strategies in collaboration with senior HR and department heads. Support in identifying talent gaps and manpower requirements aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across all regions. Source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring Team. Support employer branding efforts and maintain a candidate pipeline.
- Ensure the smooth implementation of HR policies and guidelines. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and labour regulations, and assist in policy communication and enforcement.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries. Support in addressing minor grievances and escalating complex issues when necessary. Promote fair workplace practices and a culture of respect and inclusion.
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records. Work with team leads and managers to identify skill gaps and support employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives to build a positive workplace culture. Gather employee feedback, prepare engagement reports, and support actions to improve overall employee experience.
- Assist in implementing the performance appraisal process. Ensure timely completion of performance cycles, maintain related documentation, and support managers in tracking performance metrics.
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance requirements. Maintain records and filings related to employee benefits, coordinate with external agencies, and assist employees in understanding their statutory entitlements. Administer group insurance processes including enrolment, claims, and renewals.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR activities are compliant with applicable labour laws. Prepare documentation and reports as required for audits or internal reviews.
- Handle employee exit formalities including resignation acceptance, exit interviews, clearance procedures, final settlement coordination, and updating HR records. Identify and share exit trends or feedback with senior HR for improvement.
- Maintain HR databases and generate reports related to attendance, leave, recruitment status, and performance tracking. Support data analysis and share insights with senior HR or Management.
