Job Title: Store Manager / Duty Manager Key Responsibilities
● Ensure smooth store operations, timely store opening, and adherence to all SOPs and hygiene standards.
● Drive excellent customer service and increase loyalty conversions through effective in-store engagement.
● Manage inventory, stock availability, damages, expiry, shrinkage, and cash handling efficiently.
● Ensure proper planogram execution, space management, and store standards.
● Lead, train, and supervise the store team to drive productivity and achieve operational targets.
● Monitor daily input/output metrics and implement corrective actions where required.
● Maintain store assets and ensure loss prevention through strong process control
● Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and share feedback on assortment, availability, and pricing. Preferred Profile
● Experience in Retail store operations.
● Experience in Food & FMCG retail will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
