Job Summary:
The Admission Counsellor shall assist prospective students and parents throughout the admission process while ensuring timely follow-up, effective counselling, and achievement of admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programmes and admission procedures.
Handle enquiries through telephone, email, website, and walk-in interactions.
Conduct regular follow-up with prospective applicants.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and admission database.
Assist applicants in completing admission formalities.
Participate in admission campaigns, school visits, and education fairs.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments during admissions.
Prepare periodic admission reports.

Qualifications:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline with 1–5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, customer service, or educational marketing.
