Job Summary
The Civil Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety guidelines, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction work at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor labor productivity and coordinate with contractors and workers.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure proper workmanship.
- Check material usage and report shortages or site issues.
- Maintain daily site progress records and report to the reporting engineer.
- Ensure compliance with safety practices and company policies.
- Assist in timely completion of assigned construction activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site supervision.
