Open Position: AI Developer

About the Role
We are looking for an AI developer to build intelligent features across our LMS and enterprise SaaS solutions. The role involves designing AI-driven learning workflows, automating processes, and integrating LLM-powered capabilities using tools like n8n, Opal, Zapier, and Make.com.
The ideal candidate must understand how AI enhances learning experiences, training workflows, assessments, content automation, dashboards, user analytics, and system operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, fine-tune, and integrate AI/ML models into our SaaS platform.
- Build automated workflows using n8n, Opal, Zapier, Make.com, etc.
- Create and manage AI-driven APIs, microservices, and backend logic.
- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Azure, HuggingFace, etc.) into business modules.
- Build data pipelines and automate processes end-to-end.
- Work with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) for embeddings.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and design teams to deliver features.
- Optimize AI workflows for performance, scalability, and cost.
- Maintain documentation and follow coding best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with Machine Learning / NLP / LLMs.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools: n8n, Opal, Zapier/ Make, Airflow
- Good understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Experience with containers: Docker, basic Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with vector databases & embedding systems.
Good to Have
- Experience with LMS platforms or e-learning systems
- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG systems
- Knowledge of SaaS multi-tenant architecture
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Basic RPA skills (UIPath)
- Some exposure to React frontend integrations
