Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees
- Help in preparing HR documents, offer letters, and reports
- Assist in employee engagement and HR events
- Handle attendance and leave tracking
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
