Team Lead – KYC Fraud & Dispute Process
Location: Infopark, KochiSalary: ₹6 LPA – ₹8 LPA
Minimum 5+ years of total experience in KYC - Fraud & Dispute
Minimum 1 year of experience in team handling is mandatory.
Shift:NIGHT- 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Working Days: 5 days working
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team handling KYC, fraud, and dispute-related processes.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, attendance, and overall performance.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of process-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines, client requirements, and internal policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of total experience in KYC - Fraud & Dispute
- Minimum 1 year of experience in team handling is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of KYC, fraud investigation, dispute management, or compliance process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
- Candidate should be comfortable working from Infopark, Kakkanad.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
