About the Role
We are hiring a performance-minded React Developer (ranging from sharp freshers with 0 years to experienced engineers with up to 5 years) to join our engineering team in Kozhikode.
At Bedrock Foundry, we value component reusability, clean state management, and smooth client-side performance. Whether you are building real-time hardware telemetry dashboards, data-dense monitoring portals, or customer-facing web applications, you will be responsible for crafting fast, maintainable React frontend systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface Engineering: Build, test, and deploy responsive web applications and real-time dashboards using React (or Next.js/Vite) and modern styling frameworks (like Tailwind CSS).
- Architecture & State Management: Design modular, reusable UI components and manage complex application states efficiently (using React Hooks, Context API, Zustand, or Redux Toolkit).
- API & Real-time Integration: Connect frontend interfaces seamlessly to high-speed backend services (Rust / Python) using RESTful APIs, WebSockets, or gRPC-web.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize web applications for fast rendering, minimal re-renders, and smooth mobile/desktop responsiveness.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Partner closely with UI/UX designers, embedded systems engineers, and backend developers. Experienced hires (2–5 years) will help guide junior developers and maintain frontend design systems.

Qualifications
- Experience: 0 to 5 years of frontend or full-stack web development experience. (Freshers with impressive React side-projects OR experienced devs are welcome to apply).
- Education: B.Tech / BE / BCA / MCA / B.Sc in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical coding background.
- Core Skills: Strong mastery of JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript, HTML5, and modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, Tailwind CSS, or CSS Modules).
- React Mastery: Solid understanding of React core concepts—JSX, functional components, hooks (useState, useEffect, useMemo, useCallback), component lifecycle, and custom hooks.
- Networking & Async: Good understanding of asynchronous JavaScript (Promises, Async/Await), Fetch API/Axios, and WebSockets.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)
- A public GitHub profile or live portfolio showcasing clean, well-architected React applications.
- Practical experience using TypeScript with React.
- Experience with full-stack React frameworks like Next.js or modern build tools like Vite.
- Exposure to real-time data visualization tools (like Chart.js, Recharts, or D3.js) for streaming system telemetry.
