Hiring: Automation Anywhere A360 Engineer

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Automation Anywhere A360 Engineer to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in developing Automation Anywhere A360 solutions, building reusable bot components, and supporting the end-to-end automation lifecycle. The role involves working closely with the Center of Excellence (CoE) to deliver scalable, high-quality automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop small to medium-scale Automation Anywhere A360 automations following CoE design standards, naming conventions, and error-handling frameworks.
- Build reusable bot components and assist with integrations involving APIs, SQL databases, email automation, and SFTP/file processing.
- Prepare test cases, execute System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including PDD/SDD inputs, runbooks, and deployment guides.
- Perform defect analysis, bug fixing, and enhancement activities.
- Support deployment, hypercare, and post-production stabilization activities.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver automation solutions efficiently.
Required Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in RPA development with strong hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere A360.
- Current Automation Anywhere Certified RPA Professional certification.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Control Room Administration
- Bot Development & UI Automation
- SQL and Database Operations
- Email Automation
- Understanding of SDLC processes and source control tools.
- Familiarity with Azure fundamentals, including Azure SQL and secret management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Automation Anywhere Document Automation.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps.
- Python and SQL scripting knowledge.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms such as SAP or ServiceNow.
