Position: Clinic Secretary / Patient Relationship Executive
Location: Oncology Clinic / Day Care Centre
Reporting To: Centre Manager / Clinic Administrator
Experience: 2–5 Years (Healthcare, Hospital, Clinic, Diagnostic Centre, Insurance, Customer Service, or Healthcare Sales Preferred)
Position Summary
The Clinic Secretary serves as the first point of contact for patients and caregivers and plays a critical role in patient experience, appointment management, counselling coordination, treatment onboarding, and patient conversion. The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, follow-up discipline, and the ability to guide patients and families through the treatment journey from enquiry to treatment initiation.
The role combines front-office operations with patient relationship management and conversion responsibilities.

Immediate Joiners and candidates with Oncology/Chemotherapy experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
