Job Description – Dispatch Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Dispatch Executive with hands-on knowledge of electrical hardware materials. Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked in an electrical shop, hardware shop, solar distributor, electrical wholesaler, or similar industry.
The candidate will be responsible for preparing customer orders, verifying materials, coordinating dispatches, maintaining stock records, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
- Identify and verify electrical and hardware materials before dispatch.
- Pick, pack, label, and load materials according to invoices.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, logistics, and transport teams for timely deliveries.
- Maintain dispatch registers, delivery challans, invoices, and transporter records.
- Ensure proper packing to prevent damage during transportation.
- Conduct material checking before dispatch to avoid shortages or incorrect deliveries.
- Assist in stock verification, inventory management, and cycle counting.
- Coordinate with transporters and customers regarding dispatch status.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispatch area.
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse discipline.

Eligibility
- 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / Graduate.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, electrical shop, hardware shop, or solar industry.
- Experience working with electrical hardware dealers, distributors, or wholesalers will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of electrical and hardware materials.
- Ability to identify products by name and specification.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, or ERP).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse activities.
- Honest, responsible, and punctual.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
Salary
- ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
- Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
