Roles & Responsibilities
Independently generate leads; no leads will be provided by the Head Office.
Branch will not assign walk-in leads; all sales depend on personal prospecting efforts.
Only sales above ₹6.5 Lakhs (including tax) will be considered valid.
Utilize in-house software for estimations and client proposal support.
Report directly to the Branch Manager for updates, progress, and guidance.
During the initial period, no sales targets are assigned; focus on learning processes, systems, and client interaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification: Graduate (any discipline).
Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years of relevant sales experience.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for client interaction and follow-ups.
Lead Generation: Ability to independently source, qualify, and pursue leads.
Sales Skills: Understanding of sales processes, client handling, and estimation software.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined to consistently work on-site/from the office.
