Role Description This is a full-time, remote Caller role focused on supporting Rizeworld’s sales and client acquisition efforts. The Caller will make outbound calls to prospective leads, introduce Rizeworld’s digital marketing services, qualify prospects based on defined criteria, and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team. The role includes handling inbound inquiries, answering basic questions about service offerings, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking tools. The Caller will follow call scripts, update lead statuses, share feedback from prospects with the marketing and sales teams, and collaborate to improve outreach effectiveness. The position requires consistent daily calling targets, professional communication, and adherence to ethical and respectful engagement with all prospects.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and the ability to explain services in simple, compelling language.
- Experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or customer support, preferably in a digital marketing or services environment.
- Comfort with lead qualification, handling objections, and guiding conversations toward appointments or next steps without high-pressure tactics.
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools, call tracking software, or spreadsheets to log calls, update lead information, and manage daily tasks.
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet, manage time effectively, and meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
- Professional, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory approach when speaking with prospects across diverse backgrounds and regions.
- Good written communication skills for documenting call notes, sending follow-up messages, and coordinating with internal teams.
- High level of integrity, resilience, and persistence, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude.
- Interest in digital marketing (e.g., ads, SEO, social media, lead generation) and willingness to learn key concepts to speak confidently with prospects.
