Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst who can convert business data into meaningful insights and support decision-making across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of business data from multiple sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key business metrics and performance indicators.
- Analyze sales, procurement, inventory, warehouse, and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across business systems.
- Generate reports and insights using MS Excel and business software.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Procurement teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Identify data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare business presentations and reports for management review.
- Support management with data-driven recommendations for business planning and decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality of business and operational data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho application or Busy Software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Charts, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and business dashboards.
- Knowledge of inventory, procurement, sales, finance, and operational reporting.
- Ability to interpret data and present actionable business insights.
- Good understanding of data validation and quality checks.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools.
- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, Warehousing, or Supply Chain industry.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and business reporting tools.
