Job Summary
The HR Payroll Executive is responsible for processing employee payroll accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. The role also supports HR operations by maintaining employee records, handling payroll-related queries, and coordinating with Finance and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll, including salaries, incentives, overtime, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
- Maintain and update employee payroll and HR records.
- Verify attendance, leave, shift allowances, and overtime data before payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and Labour Laws.
- Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, salary registers, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate full and final settlements for exiting employees.
- Process new employee onboarding and payroll setup.
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation.
- Generate salary slips and statutory reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information.
- Support HR activities such as employee documentation, audits, and compliance reporting.
- Assist in implementing payroll process improvements and HR initiatives.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Finance is preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
- Experience with payroll software and HRMS systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll compliance and statutory regulations is essential.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
