Hiring – Medical Social Worker (Mobile Unit)
Position: Medical Social Worker
Location: Gurugram
Organization: NGO / Mobile Medical Unit
Salary: 15000-25000
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with mobile medical units in field areas across Gurugram
- Counsel patients and their families regarding treatment and healthcare services
- Conduct community outreach programs, awareness camps, and health drives
- Identify and support underprivileged patients for medical assistance
- Maintain proper documentation, patient records, and reports
- Coordinate with doctors, paramedical staff, and local authorities
- Ensure follow-ups and continuity of patient care
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW)
- Experience in healthcare/NGO/mobile unit preferred
- Strong communication and counseling skills
- Willingness to travel and work in field locations
- Basic knowledge of healthcare services and government schemes
