The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new ideas of Sales , building relationships, and closing interior fit‑out projects with corporate, retail and commercial clients. The role requires strong market networking, lead generation and coordination with design and project teams to convert opportunities into orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and win interior fit‑out projects from corporate/retail clients, architects, PMCs and brokers.
- Understand client requirements, coordinate with design/estimation teams and submit proposals.
- Negotiate commercials, close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain pipeline/CRM, track enquiries and share market/competition updates.
Desired Profile
- Proven track record in B2B project sales (interiors/real estate/construction).
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills; comfortable with field visits.
- Experience: 4–6 years in interior fit‑out / commercial interiors sales.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
