Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies.
- Generate quality student admissions through digital and field marketing.
- Manage social media platforms, campaigns, and brand promotions.
- Build partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and corporate organizations.
- Plan and execute seminars, workshops, education fairs, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and CRM tools is preferred.
- Ability to lead a team and work under targets.
