Job Title: MEP Site Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Site Engineer to oversee and manage all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations at our construction project sites. You will be responsible for ensuring that all MEP works are executed according to the approved design drawings, project schedules, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily on-site MEP installation activities (HVAC, fire fighting, electrical distribution, water supply, and drainage systems).
- Drawing Review: Review and check MEP shop drawings, schematic layouts, and technical specifications before execution.
- Coordination: Coordinate closely with civil engineers, architectural teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve any site conflicts or design overlaps.
- Quality Control: Ensure all materials delivered and works executed meet the required project standards, local codes, and safety safety policies.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor daily progress against the project schedule and prepare regular site progress reports for management.
- Testing & Commissioning: Supervise the final testing, commissioning, and handover of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as an MEP Site Engineer or Site Supervisor in building construction projects.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret complex MEP engineering drawings (familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork, site-management skills, and clear communication.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
