We are hiring For Resort Marinha Dourada, Arpora North-Goa.
Resort Manager
Needs to oversee all daily operations, staff, and financial performance to ensure high guest satisfaction, profitability, and safety. Needs to coordinate with diverse departments housekeeping, front desk, food & beverage, and maintenance while implementing marketing strategies to drive revenue and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations ,Maintenance, and security protocols.
- Guest Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve complaints, and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Financial Performance: Develop and manage budgets, control costs, track expenses, and maximize revenue.
- Staff Management: Mentor Team Leader, and supervise Leaders, ensuring a positive work culture & environment is being adhere by all staff.
- Marketing & Strategic Planning: Collaborate on marketing initiatives, monitor Hospitality industry trends, and implement strategies for growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 8 to 10+ years in hospitality with 4 to 5 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, financial acumen, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
