Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and organized Preschool Coordinator to manage day-to-day school operations, ensure high-quality early childhood education, and maintain strong communication with parents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily preschool operations and classroom activities
- Support and guide teachers in curriculum planning and execution
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
- Handle parent inquiries, admissions, and counseling
- Maintain student records and attendance
- Organize events, activities, and celebrations
- Monitor staff performance and provide training support
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with management for smooth functioning
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Education or related field)
- NTT / ECCEd / Montessori training preferred
- 2–5 years experience in preschool or early education
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Good organizational and multitasking ability
- Passion for working with young children
