Job Summary
Sattavaa Hospitality is looking for a skilled and creative Bartender / Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized bar. A passion for mixology and attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Create signature cocktails and recommend beverages to guests.
- Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor bar inventory and report stock requirements.
- Verify the legal drinking age of customers and serve alcohol responsibly.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and liquor regulations.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately, if required.
- Work closely with the restaurant team to provide excellent guest service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Bartender or Mixologist.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of bar inventory management and hygiene standards.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
