Montessori Teacher
We are hiring a caring, observant, and child-focused Montessori Teacher to create a prepared learning environment that nurtures children's independence, curiosity, confidence, and holistic development through authentic Montessori principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe, organized, and Montessori-compliant classroom.
- Facilitate age-appropriate Montessori learning experiences and daily classroom activities.
- Observe, assess, and document each child's developmental progress using the school's app.
- Foster independence, practical life skills, positive behaviour, and emotional well-being.
- Supervise children during learning, meals, transitions, outdoor play, and rest periods.
- Maintain classroom materials, records, and learning resources.
- Build positive relationships with parents through timely and professional communication.
- Collaborate with assistant teachers, support staff, and school management.

- Passionate about Montessori education and early childhood development.

- Highly observant with excellent attention to detail.
- Organized, responsible, and proactive.
- Creative and hands-on with Art & Craft activities.
- Strong in communication and relationship building.
- Comfortable using technology for documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Montessori/Preschool teaching experience.
- Diploma/Certification in Montessori, ECCE, NTT, or B.Ed.
- Good English communication skills.
- Creative and hands on with Art and Craft activities.
This Role Is NOT For You
- If You Prefer traditional lecture-based teaching over child-led learning.
- Become impatient while guiding young children.
- Dislike maintaining records or classroom organization.
- Avoid collaborating with parents or colleagues.
- Lack ownership, discipline, or professionalism.

- The classroom remains safe, organized, and Montessori-ready every day.
- Developmental observations and documentation are accurate and up to date.
