Job Title: CAD Draftsman / Drafting Technician
Reports To: Project Architect/ Senior Architect
Location: 7th Floor, Astra Tower, Shirur Park Phase 2, Vidynagar, Hubli, Karnataka
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Draftsman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting design concepts and translating them into highly accurate technical drawings and blueprints. You will work closely with our architects and engineers to ensure our projects are compliant with industry standards and ready for construction or production.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate architectural and construction drawings (GFC drawings).
- Modify and update existing drawings to accommodate ongoing project revisions.
- Collaborate with the team to interpret design concepts and ensure practical feasibility.
- Ensure all final blueprints comply with local building regulations and safety compliances.
- Generate and maintain accurate technical documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Associate’s degree in drafting, engineering technology, or completion of a diploma certification.
- Experience: [1-2] years of experience in drafting or a related engineering field.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD).
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
