About the Role
Mother's Dreamland Junior High School is seeking a passionate, energetic, and experienced Spoken English Trainer to help students develop confidence and fluency in spoken English. The ideal candidate should be able to create an interactive, engaging, and learner-centered environment that enhances students' communication skills, pronunciation, vocabulary, and public speaking abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging Spoken English sessions for students from different grade levels.
- Improve students' fluency, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and conversational skills.
- Plan and deliver activity-based lessons using role plays, discussions, debates, storytelling, presentations, and group activities.
- Build students' confidence in public speaking and everyday communication.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning materials.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- Organize English-speaking activities, competitions, language clubs, and special events.
- Encourage students to communicate in English throughout the school environment.
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate spoken English into classroom learning.
- Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and assessment data.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Spoken English training, language coaching, or school teaching.
- Strong pronunciation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage learners through interactive and activity-based teaching methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital teaching tools will be an added advantage.

Salary
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and demonstration of skills during the interview.
