Job Summary
Primeiro Innovative Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our Vodafone Idea Outbound Sales team. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, promoting Vodafone Idea services, driving SIM porting, and converting customers to postpaid plans. Candidates should possess strong communication and persuasion skills with a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote Vodafone Idea products, services, and offers.
- Assist customers in porting their mobile connections to Vodafone Idea.
- Upsell postpaid plans and other value-added services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activities in the system.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and provide excellent customer support.
- Undertake field visits as and when required for business purposes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam; English proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or outbound sales will be preferred.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- PAN Card is mandatory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
