Job Summary
The Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and generate leads. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and up to date with the latest social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create content calendars and schedule posts consistently.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to improve reach and conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality creatives and videos.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
- Generate leads and improve brand visibility through creative campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or other social advertising platforms.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Experience in influencer marketing and online community management.
