Job Summary:
The B2B Sales Manager is responsible for direct sales, key account management, and
business development for the MkVA (Medium kVA) and HkVA (High kVA) gensets. The
incumbent will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong
client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the industrial and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales Strategy
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and
corporate sectors.
Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline and lead conversion strategy.
2. Key Account Management & Client Relationship
Build and nurture relationships with large corporate clients, OEMs, EPC contractors,
and industrial buyers.
Understand customer needs and provide customized genset and acoustic solutions.
Handle negotiations, contract finalization, and long-term agreements.
3. Sales Target Achievement & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per business goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer demand to optimize
sales efforts.
Work closely with the marketing team for lead generation and brand positioning.
4. Proposal & Quotation Management
Prepare and present sales proposals, technical specifications, and commercial
quotations.
Ensure competitive pricing and profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure feasibility and delivery
timelines.
5. Industry Networking & Market Expansion
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B networking events.
Develop relationships with industry stakeholders, consultants, and decision-makers.
Explore new geographical markets and industry verticals for business expansion.
6. Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order
execution.
Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support.
Provide customer feedback to the design and R&D teams for product improvements.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, or manufacturing equipment
sales.
Proven track record in handling large corporate clients, key accounts, and direct
industrial sales.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, sales forecasting, and reporting.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in power backup solutions, gensets, or industrial acoustic enclosures.
Knowledge of commercial bidding, tendering, and contract negotiation.
Familiarity with technical sales, specifications, and industrial compliance standards.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
