Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, staff scheduling, and workflow management
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff; conduct performance reviews
- Ensure exceptional customer service; resolve complaints professionally and promptly
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and food safety compliance
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and control waste
- Achieve sales targets and profitability goals through effective business strategies
- Prepare and manage store budgets, track revenue/expenses, and submit performance reports
- Implement marketing promotions and local community engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
