We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead institutional partnerships across schools and colleges. The role will be responsible for driving adoption of our education programs by building long-term relationships with educational institutions, school managements, principals, and other leadership teams. The candidate should have a proven track record in selling education products, academic solutions, training programs, or services to schools and colleges.
Key Responsibilities
School Partnerships – PLC Live
- Drive partnerships with State Board schools (Grades upto 8, 10).
- Identify and onboard new schools for PLC Live programs.
- Engage with school management, principals, and academic coordinators.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal discussions.
- Ensure successful implementation and renewal of partnerships.
CBSE School Partnerships – Counselling Services
- Establish partnerships with CBSE schools for student counselling initiatives.
- Engage school counsellors, principals, and management teams.
- Drive awareness and adoption of counselling and career guidance programs.
- Ensure high partner satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Business Development & Relationship Management
- Develop and execute institutional sales strategies.
- Create and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective institutions.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with academic, operations, and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Collaborate with internal academic, operations, and program teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for referred and sponsored learners.
The scope of institutional partnerships and associated programs may be expanded based on Organization’s requirements and the candidate's demonstrated performance in driving successful partnerships and program outcomes.
Desired Profile
Education
Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
Experience
- 7–12 years of experience in institutional sales, educational partnerships, B2B education sales, or academic solutions.
- Demonstrated success in selling products or services to schools and colleges.
- Existing network among school leaders, managements, or college administrators will be an advantage. Skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
