Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and qualified Hindi Teacher to teach students as per the CBSE curriculum guidelines. The candidate should be able to create an engaging learning environment that develops students’ reading, writing, speaking, grammar, and comprehension skills in Hindi while promoting cultural values and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Hindi language and literature as per CBSE curriculum.
- Plan and deliver interactive and age-appropriate lessons.
- Develop students’ grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers, and teaching aids.
- Conduct regular assessments, evaluations, and examinations.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Encourage classroom participation through storytelling, recitation, debates, role plays, and creative activities.
- Provide remedial support and individual attention to students when required.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and exam preparation.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, trainings, and academic planning sessions.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Follow school policies, CBSE norms, and child safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Hindi or related subject.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- CTET qualification preferred (for CBSE schools).
- Minimum 1–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred.
