We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Field Officer to manage security operations, manpower deployment, and client coordination across assigned sites. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling field operations, conducting site visits, and ensuring smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage manpower deployment across assigned sites.
- Arrange relievers and replacements as required.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of security personnel.
- Handle site-level issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and address service concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports.
- Coordinate effectively between management and field staff.
Requirements
- Diploma or Any Degree.
- 0–3 years of experience in field operations or security services preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle manpower and client coordination.
- Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within Virudhunagar and nearby areas.
