Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for hotel operations (FO, HK, F&B, Kitchen, Engineering, Admin).
- Coordinate manpower planning and budgeting with department heads.
- Liaise with recruitment consultants, institutes, and local hiring sources.
- Conduct interviews, issue offer letters, and manage onboarding formalities.
HR Operations
- Manage employee lifecycle: joining, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS, attendance, leave, and shift coordination.
- Ensure timely issuance of appointment, confirmation, warning, and separation letters.
Employee Relations
- Maintain healthy industrial relations and positive work culture.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Act as a link between management and employees.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Coordinate payroll processing and salary administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, leave, CLRA, Shops & Establishment).
- Handle audits, inspections, and liaison with statutory authorities.
Performance Management
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
- Support department heads in goal setting and performance reviews.
- Identify training needs and high-potential employees.
Training & Development
- Conduct induction and orientation programs.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Support service quality, behavioral, and compliance training.
HR Policies & SOPs
- Implement HR policies, service rules, and SOPs.
- Ensure policy adherence across departments.
- Update policies as per legal and organizational requirements.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Plan employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Promote teamwork, morale, and retention.
- Support employee communication and feedback mechanisms.
Health, Safety & Discipline
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor discipline, grooming, and code of conduct.
- Support safety audits and statutory requirements.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of hospitality HR operations.
- Sound understanding of labor laws and compliance.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle workforce diversity and operational pressure.
