Job Responsibilities:
- Approach people in nearby areas and invite them to visit the café.
- Distribute flyers, coupons, and promotional offers.
- Explain the café's menu and ongoing discounts.
- Encourage first-time visitors and increase walk-in customers.
- Build relationships with nearby offices, colleges, and residential societies to generate regular orders.
- Represent the café in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Confident and outgoing personality.
- Prior experience in sales or promotion is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work outdoors and interact with customers.
Salary:
- Fixed salary + attractive incentives based on the number of customers/orders generated.
Working Hours:
As per café operating hours.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹11,999.00 per month
